Bryan Knisley is a seasoned real estate broker, entrepreneur, and team leader with over 20 years of experience and more than $200 million in closed transactions. Based in Las Vegas, Bryan has built a reputation as a trusted advisor for investors, agents, and homeowners alike.

His real estate journey began in 2003, working closely with investors to source and evaluate profitable opportunities. Over the years, Bryan developed deep expertise in asset acquisition, underwriting, and portfolio management—partnering with private capital groups and hedge funds such as Colony American Homes to acquire large rental portfolios throughout Las Vegas.

In 2010, he co-founded Paragon Asset Management Group, where he continues to serve as Asset Manager. Under his leadership, Paragon has successfully renovated and flipped over 200 properties, demonstrating his strength in value-add strategies, project oversight, and market timing.

Bryan’s success has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, #1 agent in the Southwest Region, and Top 10 rankings nationally and globally with RE/MAX International. After leading top-producing teams at Keller Williams and RE/MAX, he launched his own brokerage—Better Life Realty—in 2015, where he continued to innovate and grow.

In 2022, Bryan made a pivotal move by transitioning Better Life Realty into a Mega Team under eXp Realty, aligning with a model that rewards leadership, collaboration, and growth.
